The address is located in Dahn, Rhineland-Palatinate: Erfweiler Straße 12, 66994 Dahn, Germany. It is a real, physically reachable address.
What is a virtual business address?
A virtual business address is a real address that you may use for business mail and your external business presence within the agreed scope, without maintaining your own permanent office there.
Can I use the address for trade registration?
The business address is provided with a usage agreement. The competent authority decides which documents are required for your individual registration.
Can I use the address as my residence?
No. The address is intended solely for business purposes and cannot be used as a residential or personal registration address.

Incoming letter mail is assigned to your account, digitised according to your plan and made available securely in the Business Hub.
How quickly will my mail be available?
Processing time depends on your selected plan. The currently applicable intervals are shown transparently in the plan overview.
How are original documents forwarded?
You can request physical forwarding for selected originals in the Business Hub. The service fee and actual postage are shown transparently.
Can parcels be received and forwarded?
Parcel receipt and forwarding are available as an additional service. You select the order and appropriate weight class in the Business Hub.
Will I receive a usage agreement?
Yes. Once verification and activation are complete, you receive the usage agreement provided for your contract.
How does Express review work?
Once your submission is complete, we review your Express case within two business hours. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Europe/Berlin, excluding public holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate. Priority review is guaranteed, approval is not. The address may be used only after approval.
Is the address suitable for international entrepreneurs?
Yes. Entrepreneurs without a German residence can also use the service. Any additional evidence required by authorities, registers or platforms depends on the individual case.
How secure are my documents?
Your documents are provided in a personal protected area. Transmission is encrypted and access is tied to your customer account.
