Your selection in the verification form determines which company evidence is required in addition to your identity documents.

Everyone

Front and back of an identity document and a current selfie.

Freelancer

No company evidence is required at the first stage.

Sole proprietorship

Trade registration.

German company

Commercial register extract or suitable company evidence.

Association

Depending on its status: association register extract, articles or formation evidence; the formation and board minutes may also be required.

Foreign company

Register extract or comparable company evidence.

Planned formation

No completed company evidence at first; it can be submitted later through the secure upload.

Additional documents may be requested depending on the individual case. The secure verification form shows accepted formats and the binding selection.

Questions about Standard.

All business plans include a usage agreement and Address Confirmation.
Important incoming business mail is generally handled with priority. This is an internal processing priority without legal effect or a deadline guarantee. The processing period for digital delivery begins when the letter mail arrives at our location and follows the selected plan.
OPTIONALLY INCLUDED

Authorized Recipient Service

All business-address plans allow you to give us a separately signed authority to receive mail only from specifically named public authorities. Separately, incoming mail is made available digitally within your plan's regular processing period: within 14 days after receipt.

Clearly limited

No general representation, legal or deadline review, and no handling of authority portals. Each authority decides whether it accepts the authorisation.

Legal effect

Service on the authorised recipient may trigger legal effects and deadlines. The customer remains responsible for content, responses and deadlines.

Documents and revocation

The authority, submission letter, instructions and revocation document are available securely in the Business Hub. Changes and revocations must effectively reach the relevant authority.
